Is there really a 14‑day free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts free. No credit card at sign‑up. Full access — every feature, every module — for the whole business. Cancel any time before day 14 and nothing is charged.
How is pricing calculated?
A flat monthly fee per plan, billed yearly, plus 10,000 IQD / month for each branch beyond the first. No per‑terminal fee, no per‑user fee. 1 cashier or 20 — one branch is one price.
Why billed yearly?
Yearly billing keeps the price low and lets us support you properly — onboarding, migration, training are all included. Ecommerce is the one exception: it's month‑to‑month, so you can try it without commitment.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrade to Advanced or Manufacture from inside Raqm in one click — your data comes with you. No replatforming, no export/import, nothing to reinstall.
What's included in setup?
A real person (Arabic + English) will import your menu or catalog, set up your branches, connect your printer and cash drawer, train your staff, and stay on WhatsApp for 30 days. Free.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Raqm runs on any modern tablet or PC. If you already own a thermal printer and a barcode scanner, we'll pair them. If you don't, we sell the hardware separately — no subscription tied to it.
What about taxes and invoices?
Raqm produces Arabic invoices that comply with Iraqi requirements, including VAT where applicable. Multi‑currency is on the roadmap — today Raqm runs on IQD.
Where does my data live?
In Iraq. Your sales, customers, and reports stay on local infrastructure. You can export everything in CSV at any time. If you cancel, we give you all your data.
What happens if internet goes down?
Raqm POS is offline‑first. Sales, receipts, and stock deductions continue on the device. When you're back online, everything syncs automatically. Zero data loss.
Can I migrate from Foodics / Loyverse / QuickBooks / Excel?
Yes. Migration is part of onboarding — free. Send us your CSV, your Foodics export, even Excel sheets, and we'll have you live within a week.
How does branch pricing work?
Every plan includes 1 branch. Each additional branch is 10,000 IQD / month, on top of your plan price. If you have 3 branches on Advanced, that's 15,000 + 20,000 = 35,000 IQD / month. Nothing changes about the plan itself — only the branch count.
What counts as a branch?
A branch is a separate physical location — a second shop, a warehouse, a kitchen, a kiosk. Multiple registers at the same location count as one branch. If in doubt, ask us on WhatsApp before you sign up.
Can I add or remove branches later?
Any time, in one click from inside Raqm. Add a branch mid‑month and we only prorate what's left. Close one and the charge stops next cycle. No contracts, no penalties.
